The first pressing juice (57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Malbec) undergoes rapid ultra-low-temperature fermentation and is bottled immediately afterward to preserve its intense fruit aromas. The wine exhibits an exceptionally clear and delicate pale pink hue. It boasts an elegant floral and fruity bouquet, characterized by sweet aromas of peach blossom, honey peach, sweet apricot, and yellow cherry. With moderate to low acidity, it is crisp, light, and subtly sweet, delivering a delightful and refreshing tasting experience.
